Academic achievement by Baylor student-athletes:
- Baylor set a school record by placing 301 student-athletes on the Fall 2010 Big 12 Commisioner's Honor Roll
- Baylor set a school record by placing 227 student-athletes on the Spring 2011 Big 12 Commisioner's Honor Roll
- Baylor set a school record by placing a total of 578 total student-athletes on the 2010-2011 Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- For the third straight year, Baylor had over 100 student-athletes on the 2010-2011 Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- 58.2% of student-athletes had at least a 3.0 term GPA for the Fall of 2010
- 57.2% of student-athletes had at least a 3.0 term GPA for the Spring of 2011
- 49 student-athletes had a perfect 4.0 GPA for the Fall of 2010
- 56 student-athletes had a perfect 4.0 GPA in the Spring of 2011
- During the 2010-2011 school year, 104 student-athletes graduated with a Bachelor's degree and 8 student-athletes graduated with a Master's.
- Baylor has led the Big 12 in Graduation Success Rate three of the last five years
- Baylor has led the Big 12 in Graduation Success Rate five times within the conference's fifteen year history
- 201 student-athletes were named to the Dean's list during the 2010-2011 school year
- A school record sixteen of nineteen teams have a cumulative GPA above 3.0
- 15 teams posted a cumulative GPA of 3.0 for both the the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 semesters. Eleven of those teams participated in postseason play
- The cumulative GPA for all nineteen teams is a 3.2
