Is This the Night that Baylor Makes History?

Tonight's the night. For the first time in program history, three Baylor players could walk across the stage at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Perry Jones III, Quincy Miller and Quincy Acy did not receive green room invites, but all three will be there to enjoy the atmosphere. Baylor has never had more than two players selected in the same NBA Draft. In fact, Baylor's had two players taken in one draft only once... 1988 (Micheal Williams and Darryl Middleton).

Tonight can be historic and a great way to cap off what has certainly been the #YearoftheBear. We're less than seven hours away from the NBA Draft; here's the final collection of Mock Drafts (note: some boards only do the first round).

Post-Combine Mock Drafts: Stock Falling?

Last week, Quincy Acy, Perry Jones III and Quincy Miller were among the 60 participants at the 2012 NBA Draft Combine in Chicago. With the draft two weeks from Thursday, players will begin making their final pre-draft individual workouts.

So, what's the verdict? Post-combine, PJ3's lottery status is mixed, primarily because - as ESPN's Chad Ford says - many teams don't know what position he'll play. I still think he's worthy of a top-five pick, but I'm not an NBA GM for a reason.

In the latest edition of mock drafts, Ford has PJ3 falling out of the lottery to Orlando at No. 19. He also has Miller falling out of the first round. From the beginning, analysts have thought Miller could go anywhere from mid- to late-first round or perhaps falling to the early parts of the second round. On the other hand, NBA.com writer Scott Howard-Cooper has Jones III moving up two spots in the lottery to Golden State at No. 7 (and Miller to Indiana at No. 26).

CBSSports.com's Jeff Goodman still has PJ3 going to Milwaukee at No. 12... How great would that be to have Perry anchoring the Milwaukee frontcourt alongside Ekpe Udoh? 

Similar to most NFL Mock Drafts, the majority of NBA Mock Drafts feature only the first round. There are a few sites that will mock all 60 selections, which is why Acy is only listed once below. I think any mock draft without Acy listed is making a mistake. Acy deserves to be drafted and whichever team drafts him will be lucky to have him.

Baylor still has a very good chance of having three players drafted later this month.
