Television ratings figures are in and the 2010 Texas Bowl between Baylor and Illinois drew a 3.08 share (3 million-plus households) and 4.18 million viewers. Those figures are 25 percent better than last year's (2009) share of 2.47 and 26 percent more than households (2.4 million).
The 3.08 share ranks the Texas Bowl 15th in viewers among this season's 34 measureable bowls (no figures for ESPNU's TicketCity Bowl).
