Baylor University and ISP Sports have reached an agreement that provides the company, the national leader in collegiate sports marketing, with exclusive multi-media rights to Bear Athletics for the next seven years.
With the partnership, the university is guaranteed an annual rights fee and will share in additional revenues as well. In consideration, ISP Sports receives the rights to all sales and marketing opportunities associated with Baylor sports, including a radio network for all sports, print advertising in various athletic department publications, and all signage in university athletic facilities.
"We are very excited about partnering with ISP Sports," Baylor athletic director Ian McCaw says. "The company has an exemplary track record of success and affords Baylor Athletics an opportunity to enhance revenue, strengthen the Baylor Radio Network and expand our corporate partner relationships."
Baylor is the 25th major NCAA athletic program to align itself with ISP Sports, which is based in Winston-Salem, N.C., and joins other prominent NCAA Division I institutions such as Auburn, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, UCLA, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest which are ISP clients.
"We are delighted to be associated with a university of such high academic and athletic quality," ISP Sports president and CEO Ben Sutton says. "We look forward to working with Ian and his leadership team, and hope to be an integral part of Baylor Athletics for years to come."
