Sponsorships Still Available for Sports Luncheons

Aug. 5, 2014 Message From The Greater Waco Chamber:
The Greater Waco Chamber loves their sports, which is why there are three different sports luncheons scheduled for the winter 2014/fall 2015 season. If you love sports like we do, then make sure to get your tables to one - or all three - luncheons before time runs out!

Sponsorships are still available for each sports luncheon. However, this is your last chance to purchase the Luncheon Series package at $950, which includes one table of ten at all three of our Sport Luncheons. Single table prices for each individual luncheon are $400 outside of the Luncheon Series Package. Purchasing the Sport Luncheon Series packages not only reserves your company a table at all three luncheons but it is a savings of $250.

We are sending tickets out this week for the Kick Off Luncheon, and will be sending out tickets to the other luncheons two weeks prior to the event date. We will need contact information and a specified ticket address along with your renewal. We have already begun sending out Invoices for the 2014/2015 Sports Luncheon Series, unless otherwise specified, and are a single invoice of $950.

Don't miss your opportunity to carry on the success of Baylor and McLennan Community College's (MCC) great athletic programs and their stellar performances last season. Come join the other 1,200 attendees in keeping the momentum going and celebrating all the outstanding potential for the year to come!

The Luncheons
We are gearing up for the 26th Annual Kick Off Luncheon, the first luncheon of our series on Aug. 19, 2014. We have an impressive speaker for this year's luncheon; he is the Executive Director for the new College Football Playoff, Bill Hancock. We will also preview the Baylor Bears, and more.

Our second event is the 19th Annual Tip Off Luncheon in October/November 2014 to preview the men's and women's basketball teams at Baylor University and McLennan Community College. We will also present the Frank Fallon Award. We are looking forward to following up on Homer Drew and Coach Drew's great fire-side chat with Jim Haller last year!

The final luncheon is the 16th Annual First Pitch Luncheon in January/February 2015, which previews the men's and women's baseball and softball teams at Baylor University and McLennan Community College. Additionally, the Texas Sports Hall of Fame Award will be presented. Last year, Jason Jennings did a great job and we hope to continue our tradition of excellent speakers this year!
