Eric Josephs joined the Baylor football staff in March 2018. He currently serves as Director for Player Personnel.
Josephs came to Baylor following a two-year stint as Director of Recruiting with the football program at Tennessee from 2016-18. Working under head coach Butch Jones, Josephs helped the Vols secure the nation’s No. 15 ranked recruiting class in 2017 according to Rivals and ESPN and a top-20 class in 2018.
Prior to his stint at Tennessee, Josephs spent three years at the University of Miami (Fla.) from 2013-15 including his final season in 2015 as Director of Player Personnel under head coach Al Golden.
As Miami’s Director of Player Personnel he was responsible for the identification, selection, organization and flow charts of prospective recruits.
He spent 2012 as an intern with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he evaluated free agents and the defensive line, and assisted in the preparation of advance team reports for the scouting department.
Josephs also completed internships with the Dallas Cowboys (2009) and Buffalo Bills (2010).
A native of Teaneck, N.J., Josephs graduated from Wisconsin in 2011 with a degree in sports management.
