Jennie is the Assistant Director of Spirit and Traditions at Baylor University, she is also in her third year as head coach of the all-girl cheer squad. She was formerly a mathematics teacher in McGregor ISD where she coached the McGregor Varsity and Junior Varsity cheer teams.

Jennie is an eight-year staff member of Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) where she has served as a Head Instructor and Core Staff Instructor. She has judged at the state, regional, and national competition level and has enjoyed working with college and high school teams across the country. Working with UCA, she has also had the opportunity to travel to London, England to perform and chaperone for the London New Year's Day Parade. She had the privilege of training UCA's staff for the past three years and due to Jennie's excellent leadership, she has received "Vet of the Year" as well as "Best of the Southwest Region".

Jennie graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies and minor in Math/Science Education. While at Sam Houston, she was on the nationally ranked All-Girl Cheerleading team and served as captain.

Jennie married Jordan Farmer from Crawford, Texas in 2015 and they welcomed their first daughter, Jentry Kate Farmer, into the world in February of 2017.
