Jeremy earned his M.S. in Nutrition Sciences in 2015 at Baylor University. During graduate school at Baylor, he held a dual assistantship between the Nutrition Sciences department and the Performance Nutrition department, an experience that gave him a strong foundation in interdisciplinary work by combining research, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and performance.
After graduate school, Jeremy worked for the University of Florida as a Sports Nutrition Assistant for the Swim and Gymnastics teams. He is a Certified Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from NSCA. His systematic review of vitamin D supplementation has been published by Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.
Jeremy was born and raised in Taiwan. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Ming-Chi University of Technology. He was a competitive swimmer from high school through college for Ming-Chi University of Technology, where he mostly competed in the 50M, 100M, and 200M Freestyle. He also competed in the National College Cup. In 2010, after the completion of military service in Taiwan, he moved to New York City to start his personal training career while taking nutrition classes at Hunter College.
