Kale joined the Baylor Department of Athletic Performance in August 2015. He serves as the Assistant Director of Olympic Sports. He oversees the baseball and women's golf programs, while assisting with track & field.

Prior to Baylor, Igboh served as an Assistant Strength Coach at West Virginia University, overseeing the baseball and women's rowing programs. Prior to West Virginia University, Igboh spent two seasons with Texas A&M Baseball as a graduate assistant strength coach.

Igboh received a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Minnesota in 2012. He received his Master's degree in Sports Physiology from Texas A&M University in 2014. Igboh is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association.

He currently resides in Robinson, TX.
