Kyle Robarts joined the Baylor Athletics Communications staff in July of 2013 as the primary contact for volleyball, softball and equestrian.
Prior to his arrival at Baylor, Robarts was on an 18-month hiatus from sports information and owned a sports marketing and graphics company geared towards small-college athletic departments and sports organizations.
He served as the sports information director at McMurry University in Abilene, Texas in two different stints for five years. In addition, he spent four years as an undergraduate and graduate student assistant in the sports information office at Abilene Christian University.
Outside of college athletics communications, Robarts has play-by-play broadcasting experience in football, basketball and baseball at the high school and collegiate levels. He was the South Region Columnist for D3football.com for the 2012 season.
Robarts received his master's degree in Higher Education in May of 2010 from Abilene Christian where he also received his bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2005.
Robarts, 30, married the former Danielle Kelton of Andrews, Texas and the couple resides in Waco.
