Madeline Bailey works as a Learning Specialist, mostly for Men’s Basketball and Football. Bailey works with at-risk student-athletes to provide support in their classes, while also building students’ academic skills.

Bailey worked for the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence as a tutor and Learning Assistant from 2012-2016. She began her full time role as a Learning Specialist in the fall of 2016. In 2016, Bailey also earned a Master’s of Science in Education with an emphasis in Elementary Literacy instruction.

Originally from Longview, Texas, Madeline Bailey attended Baylor University from 2011-2015 where she earned a degree in Elementary Education as well as a teaching certification. She completed field experiences in Waco ISD with a variety of grade levels.
