Best part of the job:
Contributing to positive social and cultural change through sport and higher education. Sport has long been a cultural platform for conversations about social issues and social change. As a person of faith, a higher education professional and an athletic administrator, I seek to use my passion and knowledge to influence positive and equitable change and correct that which is unjust. I am able to do this in my role through cross-departmental collaboration and project management in ethically achieving the overall mission and strategic vision of Baylor Athletics. I enjoy the diverse nature of my position that allows me to work with a wide variety of units and functions, providing me with a broad range of experience and expertise.

I am a multi-passionate life-long learner whose heart beats to empower women and dismantle systems of injustice. I am a reader, a writer and a creator. I spend my time being curious and exploring new knowledge, places and ideas. I am married to Sean, my former college tennis teammate and my teammate for life. We are expecting our first child in March 2018.
