How do I sign up for the Golden Bear Rewards Club?
You don't have to sign up! All you have to do is attend athletic events and swipe your ID when you receive a ticket and you are automatically a member!
How do I get points?
Students earn their points by swiping their student ID's as they enter an athletic event or when they pick up their tickets in the case of football. The more events you attend, the more points you get, the more rewards you receive!
How can I check my point total?
Marketing staff members should have a complete list of point totals for everyone at each game. You can also log onto the Golden Bear Rewards Club web page and check your point total daily! You will also receive a weekly e-mail with that weeks events and your point total.
What are the point levels when I receive a reward?
15 Points (Rookie Level)
20 Points (Cub Level)
25 Points (Bruiser Level)
30 Points (Green Level)
60 Points (Gold Level)
Where do I pick my rewards?
All rewards you receive can be picked up at any athletic event at the marketing table located inside the gates! You can get your rewards anytime after you are eligible to receive one. All rewards must be picked up at events!
Can I get credit for a previous game?
You cannot receive credit for any previous games that you did not attend.
What happens if I don't swipe my card at an event?
If you do not swipe your ID at an event, you will not receive credit for that game. It is each student's responsibility to swipe their ID at each event to receive your point for that game! Exceptions will be made if there are problems with card scanners.
Can someone swipe my ID for me at an event?
You must swipe your ID at every event! You cannot have someone swipe your ID for you!
Can someone else pick up my rewards for me?
You are responsible for picking up all your rewards. We will not allow anyone to pick up any rewards for someone else.
