BAYLOR CHEER DAY WITH THE SPIRIT SQUADS:

Saturday, Jan. 24th, 2015
Location: Marrs McLean Gym
Check in 8am-8:30am (clinic runs from 8:30am-10:30am)
Cost: $35/per participant (non-refundable fee payable to the Baylor Spirit Squads)

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Thursday, Jan. 8th, 2015

COLLEGE PREP CLINICS:
The Baylor Spirit Squads will hold TWO College Prep Clinics for high school and college students interested in cheering or dancing at Baylor University. To be eligible for 2015-2016 auditions, you must attend at least ONE of the clinics. For questions regarding clinics, please email Rachel_Levetzow@baylor.edu

DANCE CLINIC DATES
Sunday, Feb. 22rd, 2015 Check in 12:30pm Clinic will run from 1pm-4pm Marrs Dance Studio (3rd floor)
Sunday, April 12th, 2015 Check in 12:30pm Clinic will run from 1pm-4pm Marrs Dance Studio (3rd floor)

What to expect:

  • Cheerleaders will have the opportunity to stunt and tumble with current team members
  • Dancers will learn various skills, work on technique, and dances throughout the day
  • Mascots will have the chance to work in the Bruiser suit on his walk, mannerisms, crowd involvement, etc.
  • A chance to work/meet with our coaching staff
  • Learn a majority of the material that will be required for auditions
  • Q&A session for participants

What to wear:

  • Cheer females: hot shorts, form fitting/sleeveless top, white cheer shoes, hair down straight or curled
  • Cheer males: athletic shorts and shirt that you can stunt and tumble in
  • Dancers:hot shorts, form fitting/sleeveless top, hair down curled or straight
  • Mascots: athletic shorts and shirt that you can work in
