Baylor University and IMG College are in the fourth year of a ten-year agreement that provides the company with exclusive multi-media rights for the school's highly successful 19-sport intercollegiate athletics program. Baylor IMG Sports Marketing is on pace to set record sales revenue for Baylor University entering into their fourth year.

Baylor is guaranteed an annual rights fee and shares in additional revenues while IMG owns the rights to all sales and marketing opportunities associated with Baylor sports, including a radio network for all sports, print advertising in various athletic department publications, all signage in university athletic facilities, intellectual property, in-venue promotions, and digital assets.

The industry leader in collegiate sports marketing partnerships, IMG college currently owns the multi-media rights for more than 80 university, conference and bowl game partnerships around the nation, including Washington, BYU, Texas, Ohio State, Georgia and Florida, to name a few.

Brian George (Baylor, 2007) is entering his second year as General Manager of the property. He previously was employed by the Houston Texans as a Corporate Development Manager for five seasons. Prior to his time with the Texans, Brian worked with Time Warner Cable Media Sales and the San Antonio Spurs. He lives with his wife, Betsy, and daughter, Kinsley, in Woodway, TX.

Matt Iazzetti (Baylor, 1997) is in his fifrth year with Baylor IMG and his first as Associate General Manager. He joined the Baylor IMG team from Waco's KWTX-TV, where he worked for seven years, the last five as sports director.

Leigh Anne Ramsay (Baylor 2009) is in her second year as an Account Executive with Baylor IMG Sports Marketing. She previously worked with the Tom James Company in Dallas. Leigh Anne is a native of Mt. Vernon, TX.

Katlyn Muller (Baylor, 2012) is in her first year as the Partner Services Coordinator for Baylor IMG Sports Marketing. She previously was a marketing intern and a marketing coordinator at Madison Square Garden. Muller is a native of New Jersey.

The "Voice of the Bears," John Morris (Baylor, 1980), also is a member of the Baylor IMG team. Morris enters his 25th year broadcasting Baylor football and men's basketball in 2011-12. The Kentucky native also produces the daily "State Farm Baylor SportsBeat," daily Big 12 reports and co-hosts the award-winning "Inside Baylor Sports" television show. Morris also hosts the "State Farm Baylor Hour" January through May and a daily 60-minute program, "The John Morris Show," on Waco's 1660 ESPN Radio. This is Morris' 16th year as signature voice of Baylor athletics since succeeding the legendary Frank Fallon. In November 2002, he was presented the Frank Fallon Sportsmanship Award by the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce.
