Bears will have trio of honorees competing in the spring according to Track & Field News.

2013: Competed in only two indoor meets due to injury...Placed second at Texas A&M 12-Team Invitational...Posted season-best high jump of 6-10.75 [2.10m] to take 7th at Razorback Invitational.

High School: Won Texas UIL 5A 2012 state title with 7-0 high jump at San Marcos (Texas) High School...Was ranked No. 1 nationally among high schoolers after clearing 7-1 at Texas Southern Relays...Career-best high jump was 7-2 at 2011 Texas UIL District 25-5A meet...Also played basketball for coaches Rob Shivers and David Norris ...Earned District 25-5A MVP honors after averaging 20 points and 12.6 rebounds per game as senior...Helped 2011-12 Rattlers to 23-11 record and Bi-District playoffs.
