Member of Baylor football team that came out for track, following end of spring football practice in 2015 and 2017.

2017: Earned All-Big 12 recognition after running the third leg of the Big 12 champion 4x400-meter relay team…Ran the opening leg of the 4x400-meter relay in the next two meets to help BU advance to the NCAA Championships…Helped the 4x400 squad place third at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds with a time of 3:03.33…Competed in three other meets, running the second leg at the Michael Johnson Invitational and Red Raider Shootout…Individually, competed in the 400 meters…Placed sixth at the Red Raider Shootout (47.54)..Also competed at the Big 12 Outdoor Championship…Did not participate in any indoor meets.

2015: Raced in pair of meets with 4x400-meter relay crew...Ran second leg at NCAA Outdoor Championship for BU's relay that finished 13th in prelim action with time of 3:06.93...Was also third leg for second-place quartet at Drake Relays in 3:06.87.

High School: National top 300 football recruit and three-sport speedster from Willis (Texas) High School...No. 294 overall national football prospect on ESPN300...Rated 34th overall prospect in Texas by ESPN, 53rd by 247Sports...Starred in track and field at Willis, won state title in 400-meters in first three seasons, before placing second in 2014...Won 2011 4A 400-meter gold as freshman with 47.3 time, won 2012 4A 400-meter gold as sophomore with 47.06 time and won 2013 4A 400-meter gold as junior with 46.64 time...Posted 46.95 time during senior season to finish second in quarter-mile race at state meet...Recorded 22-11.5-foot long jump at 2013 Region II-4A meet.
