• 2011 WAC Indoor Champion - (4x400-Meter Relay)

2014: Ran quartermile in four indoor meets with season-best time of 47.89 coming at Texas A&M Aggie Invitational to be ninth...Ran on 4x400-meter relay in four meets as well, including second leg on season-best time of 3:08.39 to be second at Rod McCravy Memorial...Took part in four outdoor meets with season-best time of 48.88 in 400 meters for sixth-place finish at Texas Invitational...Ran only 200-meter race at season-opening TCU Invitational in 22.13 to be fifth...Was opening leg for 4x440-meter relay squad at Michael Johnson Classic that was fifth in 4:14.09...Helped DMR crew place ninth at Texas Relays by running second leg.

2012-13 (Boise State): Posted third fastest time in school history with time of 47.44 in 400-meters...Helped set school-record in 4x400-meter relay as lead leg with time of 3:11.99..Did not compete in any outdoor meets.

2011-12 (Boise State): INDOOR - Raced at the 200m and 400m distances...ran a best of 22.20 in the 200m prelims of the Mountain West Championship, placing 15th...ninth at the Bronco Invite in the 200m...had the top qualifying time from the MW prelims in the 400m (47.89)...placed second in the MW 400m finals in a time of 48.08...a member of the second-place 4x400m relay team at the Bronco Classic, running the third-fastest time in school history (3:13.16)...a member of the third-place 4x400m relay at the MW Championships...second in the 400m at the Jacksons Open, Blue and Orange Invite and Jacksons Invite...All-MW honoree in the 400m and 4x400m relay...OUTDOOR - Redshirted.

2010-11 (Boise State): INDOOR - Ran the 60m, 200m and 400m...ran a best of 7.27 in the prelims of the 60m at the Jacksons Invite, placing ninth...clocked a time of 22.06 for an indoor best in the 200m at the Boise State Team Challenge...ran in the prelims of the 200m at the WAC Championships, placing 10th...ran a best of 48.57 in the prelims of the 400m at the WAC meet, placing second...went on to place eighth in the finals of the 400m at WAC...won the Blue and Orange meet with a time of 48.96 in the 400m...helped his 4x400m relay team to a win at the Bronco Open (3:14.98), in the third-fastest time in school history...a member of the WAC Champion 4x400m relay team, running a school record time of 3:12.13...All-WAC First-Team in the 4x400m relay...OUTDOOR - Ran the 100m, 200m and 400m...ran a best of 11.09 in the 100m to place second at the All-Idaho Cup...clocked a best of 21.71 in the 200m to place third at the Idaho-Utah Border Clash...won the 400m at the Idaho-Utah Border Clash with a season-best of 47.80...helped his 4x400m relay team to a win at the Oregon Relays (3:13.83) and second-place in the 4x100m relay (41.55)...ran to a sixth-place finish in the 400m (48.49) at the WAC Championships...All-WAC Second-Team in the 400m.
