Sophomore Erin Atkinson won her fourth straight weight throw competition

High School: Competed for Bellville (Texas) High School in the pole vault and hurdles...Won the district title in the pole vault three times and the regional title twice...Qualified for the Texas state meet in the pole in 2008 and 2009, placing fifth and fourth...Earned academic all-district honors in track and field...Graduated Magna Cum Laude from BHS with academic achievement honors...Member of the National Honor Society and Student Council...Also was a member of the BHS band and cheerleading squad.
