2004: Recorded a season-best and NCAA regional qualifying long jump mark of 24-6 to finish sixth and earn all-conference honors at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (5/1)...Won the high jump at the Baylor Dr Pepper Invitational (3/20) with a season-best-tying mark of 6-6 ¾...Earned All-Big 12 honors in the long jump by finishing second at the 2004 Big 12 Indoor Championships (2/27) with a personal best mark of 24-6 ½...Personal best in the high jump in 2004 was 6-7 ½ at the Oklahoma Indoor Classic.

Football: As a sophomore on the football team, led the Bears with 55 receptions and ranked second with 536 yards and five touchdowns... Caught the touchdown pass to get the Bears within one and the subsequent two-point conversion reception to upset Texas A&M, 35-34 in overtime, Oct. 30 at Floyd Casey Stadium, arguably the greatest moment in Baylor football in the last decade...Made 12 receptions for 121 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the victory, which snapped a 13-game losing streak to the Aggies...As a freshman wide receiver on the Baylor football team, saw action in nine games and had nine receptions for 83 yards...Earned All-Big 12 honorable mention by the league's coaches.

High School: Was named a Junior All-American by USA Track & Field by finishing third in the country in the high jump with a mark of 7-0¼ and finished sixth with a leap of 22-7 ¼ in the long jump...Also named second-team All-American by American Track & Field Magazine...Caught four passes for 126 yards and led the South to a 21-19 victory en route to MVP honors at the Texas High School Coaches Association All-Star Game...Played quarterback as a senior for coach Ross Rogers at Harker Heights (Texas) High School and was named District 17-4A MVP...Completed 89-of-166 passes for 1,511 yards and 15 touchdowns and added 414 yards rushing on 70 attempts...A two-year starter at receiver as a junior and sophomore...Was leading the Austin area in receptions with 23 catches for 557 yards as a junior when he suffered a torn ACL.
