10 Things You Should Know...

1. Baylor will travel 10 student-athletes and one relay alternate to Fayetteville, Ark., for the 2013 NCAA Indoor Championships. The Bears will have entrants in three individual women's events, two individual men's events and one men's relay.

2. Baylor returns six competitors that have earned All-America honors in past NCAA Indoor Championships, including Justin Allen, Blake Heriot, Drew Seale, Erin Atkinson, Tiffani McReynolds, and Skylar White.

3. Three of those returnees Seale, McReynolds and White have earned All-American status in past two season. McReynolds (60H) and White (Shot Put) own all of the top-10 marks in BU history.

4. BU's highest ranking male entering the NCAA Championships is freshman Felix Obi in the triple jump. The freshman won the Big 12 title, established a new school-record and tallied the NCAA's fifth-best leap with a 53-1 jump in Ames, Iowa, on March 24.

5. On the women's side, two-time indoor All-American Tiffani McReynolds leads Baylor. The junior has the second-best mark in the NCAA this season at 8.02. She has won all four 60-hurdle races she has entered, including a third straight Big 12 title.

6. At the Big 12 Indoor Championships, 28 Baylor competitors earned 39 All-Big 12 honors. Of those honors, 15 women earned 2 All-Big 12 honors, and 13 men earned 19 all-conference accolades. Both teams finished in fourth-place.

7. Baylor's two throwers that earned spots in the national championship field combined to win five meets this season. Erin Atkinson won the weight throw competition at three meets, and Skylar White won the shot put two times.

8. Baylor's 4x400-meter relay team has earned All-America honors each of the last six seasons, including three national titles (2007-09). The Bears have claimed All-America honors 25 times in the last 27 seasons.

9. As a team, Baylor has won 18 individual events this season, including 12 from the women's squad. At the conference meet, Baylor won its most-ever Big 12 indoor event titles with six, including five individual and one relay crown.

10. At last season's NCAA Indoor Championships, Baylor entered the meet ranked 23rd on the women's side and 60th on the men's, but finished 23rd (15 pts.) and 35th (5 pts.). This season, Baylor enters ranked 25th on the women's side and 27th on the men's.
