2017 Cross Country:
Did not participate in any meets...Was still recovering from track injury a season ago.

2017 Track:
Earned first career All-Big 12 honor after finishing 4th in the 1,000 meters at the Big 12 Indoor Championship…Finished with a time of 2:47.72…Also competed in the 400 and 800 meters…Broke a school record at the Iowa State Classic, running the 800 meters in 2:02.89…Won the Texas A&M Team Invitational and Rod McCravy Memorial in the 800 meters…Also placed fifth at the Charlie Thomas Invitational in the 400 meters…Did not compete in any outdoor meets…Earned spot on Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team…Named to spring Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country:
Ran and finished in three meets during the fall…Finished 14th at the Ken Garland Invitational with a time of 19:13.1 to score…Finished 22nd at the Bear Twilight Invitational (15:01.8)…Did not finish at the Big 12 Championship…Named to fall edition of Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

High School:
Following senior season, earned silver medal at 2016 USATF Junior Championships in 800 meters (2:02.96) and went on to represent Team USA with silver at IAAF World U20 Championships...Claimed five individual Texas state titles during career at McKinney Boyd HS...Won 800 (2:07.07) and 1,600-meter (4:50.98) races at 5A state level during sophomore season of 2014...Returned in 2015 to state meet to win 400 (54.31) and 800 crowns (2:08.94) at 6A classification...Closed out prep career by winning 800-meter state title for third straight-year in 6A state record time of 2:06.71...Secured third-place finished in 400-meter race at 2016 state meet with time of 54.62...Opened high school career in 2013 as Texas 5A silver medalist in 800 meters and state finalist in 400-meter race as well...Outside of high school competition, won two medals at 2014 USATF National Junior Olympic Championships (gold in 800m & silver in 400m)...Won pair of titles at 2014 TAAF Summer Games of Texas in 400 and 800 meters, earning 2014 TAAF Female of the Year honors...Was two-time TTFCA Meet of Champions 800-meter title winner (2015 & '16)...Named Dallas Morning News All-Area Track Athlete of the Year (2014 & '15)...Set personal bests of 54.04 (400m), 2:02.96 (800m) and 4:50.17 (1,600m).

Personal: Parents are Debbie and Alfred Miller.. Has three siblings, Alyssa, David and Daniel..Alyssa will run track at Baylor next fall...Majoring in business.
