2013 Track: Took part in three outdoor meets...Produced a season-best time of 1:56.81 in the 800-meters at the Texas Invitational to be 17th... Ran anchor leg of 4x400-meter relay team that took sixth at TCU Invitational in 3:27.24...Did not participate in any indoor meets.

2012 Cross Country: Participated in three meets...Tallied best finish at UTA Season Opener, running the three mile course in 16:36.9 to take 27th...Named to Academic All-Big 12 first team.

2012 Track: Ran in three indoor meets, competing in the 800-meter event at two and the mile distance at another...Posted top-time (1:57.67) in the 800-meters at the Texas A&M Invitational to place 21st...Competed in 800-meter event in three outdoor meets...Notched season-best mark (1:58.90) at the Texas Tech Open to take 10th...Named to the spring Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School: Led Woodcrest Christian High School to unprecedented fifth consecutive California state title, becoming just second person in state history to score points in four straight state-title victories...Also helped team to four consecutive league and section championships in cross country, as well as three consecutive league championships in track and field...Earned all-state, all-county, and all-league honors in cross country...Named Big Sky League MVP after winning 800-meter, 1,600-meter, 3,200-meter and 4x400-meter titles...Recognized award winner by Riverside Sports Hall of Fame as junior and senior...Holds Big Sky League 800-meter record, WCHS 4x400-meter relay record, and Big Sky League record for most points scored at league championship...Member of National Honor Society...Founder of JB2Cardiomyopathy Organization, which provides free blood pressure screening and educational health materials to African American and Hispanic communities.
