Men, women slated to run for regional titles Friday in Fayetteville, Ark.

• Two-time Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection

2017 Track:
Earned first career All-Big 12 track honors, all in distance events in her first season in Waco…In the outdoor season, finished in third in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters…Ran 16:32.40 in the 5,000m…Finished with a time of 33:59.56 in the 10,000m…Finished in 15th at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the 10,000m…Also earned third place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Roadrunners Invitational…During the indoor season, earned runner up spot at the Big 12 Indoor Championship in the 5,000 meters (16:15.32)…Finished in fifth place in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 9:27.40…Ran a personal-best time in the 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic (16:13.51)…Earned spring Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Baylor Dean’s List honors.

2016 Cross Country:
Was a scoring runner in all five meets she ran, earning first career All-Big 12 honors after leading all BU runners with a fifth place finish at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 20:43.5…Advanced to the NCAA Championships after securing third place finish at the NCAA South Central Regional (20:24.6)...Ran a 21:13.8 time to finish the cross country season…Also had top 15 finishes at the Notre Dame Invitational and Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational…Named to fall Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Baylor Dean’s List.

Prior to Baylor:
Spent one season at the University of Washington...Did not participate in any track meets...In cross country, ran in top-seven three times...In first college race, finished fifth overall at the Sundodger Invitational, fourth among Huskies, in 20:48...Scored for UW at the Washington Invitational, finishing 19th overall and fifth on the squad in 20:17...Was 105th overall at the Wisconsin Invitational, sixth among Huskies...Raced at her first career Pac-12 Championships, placing 57th overall, ninth on the team.

High School: Placed 12th at 2014 Nike Cross Nationals meet...Named 2014-15 Gatorade Washington Cross Country Athlete of the Year...Qualified for Nationals by taking third in Nike Cross Northwest meet...Captured Washington 4A state title in cross country as a senior, running 17:23 at state over 5,000-meters, the fourth-fastest time in course history...Runner-up at 2014 Nike BorderClash cross country meet...Won third-straight Mid-Columbia Conference XC title in 2014...Progressed from 35th at state cross country meet as a freshman to 24th as a sophomore, second as a junior, and the champion as a senior...On track, captured 4A state title in 2015 in the 3,200-meters, winning with a PR of 10:30.66...Took third at state in 2015 in the 1,600m...Third-place at state in 3,200-meters in 2013 and 2014 as well.
