Nebraska-Kearney (2004): Was the first UNK runner to cross the line in every race on the season. Ran to a 19th-place finish, finishing in a time of 22:52 over the 6,000-meter course to pace UNK at the NCAA Division II North Central Regional meet... Finshed 18th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships to help lead the Lopers to a fourth-place conference finish... Placed seventh at the North Central Pre-Regional... Captured the individual title at the Dean White Invitational.

High School: Lettered for four seasons in track and field while at Alma (Neb.) High School... Holds the high school records in the 800-meters and the 1,600-meters... Was the Class C Nebraska State Champion in the 400-meters, 800-meters and the 1,600-meters... Earned four letters in basketball... Was a honorable mention all-conference selection in basketball...
