When did you start playing your sport?
Three years ago, when I was a Junior in High School.
Who has had the greatest impact on your career?
My high school coach and my dad. My high school coach was really goal oriented and knew how to push me, and my dad is a stronghold.
What is the best part of being a college athlete?
I like the team orientation as far as being in a tight group of girls. It's cool to come into college and already have your friends right there.
If you weren't playing the sport you are now, which sport would you want to play?
What is your nickname on the team and why?
Haganmeisters, and also, if anyone on the team says something funny or goofy, it is called a Haganism.
After meeting coach Harbour, what was you first thought?
He's a good Christian guy.
Do you have a pre-game ritual, if so what is it?
The night before I eat pasta, and I try to get a good night sleep. The day before, I eat the exact same things before every race, and I listen to the Top Gun anthem over and over again.
Who are your favorite sports heroes?
What athlete did you imitate when you were a kid?
Where is your favorite place to go after a game/event?
A friends house to watch a movie and chill.
What is the highlight of your sports career?
Breaking a school record last year in the 1,000 meters, and qualifying for regionals as a Freshman
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
I got dehydrated and started swerving back and forth before the finish line and I lost control of myself and threw up.
What opposing school do you most look forward to competing against?
Missouri and Arkansas because that's where I'm from.
Why did you choose to attend Baylor?
I decided I wanted to be a piano performance major and they had a really good music program. And I talked to Coach Harbour and he seemed like a real Godly man which just sold me right there.
What has been your favorite class at Baylor?
My piano class
What single thing will you most miss about Baylor when you leave?

Be dedicated to your sport

Leaving all my friends and family and being in a new group of people that I didn't know anything about
