WACO, Texas -- Baylor baseball will welcome seven student-athletes to the program, head coach Steve Smith announced Wednesday. The class is comprised of six high school athletes, all from Texas, as well as one transfer. The Bears' class includes six pitchers and one infielder.

"We are very pleased and excited about this group," Smith said. "As a group, this is a very talented class both on the field and in the classroom."
