Tonight marks the 221st meeting between the I-35 rivals. It is the most-played rivalry for both teams dating back to the 1905-06 season. Baylor has now dropped 15-straight to Texas and is now 75-146 against the Longhorns all time. The Bears have now lost nine straight. The last time Baylor lost nine straight was in the 1998-99 season when the Bears lost every Big 12 game to end the season on a 17-game skid. An underclassman has led the Bears in scoring 22 of 23 times this season. Baylor has now made a 3-pointer in 401 consecutive games dating back to the 1990 season. For only the second time this season, all five of Baylor's starters hit a 3-point field goal. C Tommy Swanson has hit more 3-pointers this season (10), one tonight, than his previous two seasons combined (4).
