• Since the 2000-01 season, Baylor has had much more success against Big 12 North schools than those in the South. Baylor is 23-31 (.426) the last nine seasons vs. Northern schools in the regular season and just 19-72 (.209) vs. the South.
Ekpe Udoh, the Big 12 Conference's leading shot-blocker, has more blocked shots (66) in 14 games than the entire Colorado Buffaloes team (41) in 15 games. Udoh is averaging 4.71 blocks, while Colorado is averaging 2.73.

• Dunn (230) and Carter (225) have combined to make 455 career treys in 191 career games. The remaining 11 Bears have combined to make 53 career triples in 374 games.
• In the Drew era (since 2003), Baylor is 32-3 (.914) when holding opponents to 60 points or fewer. Baylor hasn't lost when holding an opponent to 60 points or fewer in 25 consecutive games.

SERIES HISTORY
• Tuesday is the 23rd meeting in the series.
• Colorado leads the all-time series 14-8, but Baylor has won three of the last four meetings.

A ROAD WIN IN THE BIG 12 IS HARD TO FIND
• Baylor is 6-42 (.125) in its last 48 Big 12 road games, including a 5-11 mark over the previous two seasons (1-7 last season).
• Baylor has lost six straight Big 12 road games.
• Under Scott Drew, Baylor has posted road wins against five different Big 12 schools, including Colorado. But the Bears are still winless on the road at six others, including Baylor's next Big 12 road opponent, Kansas (Jan. 20).

BAYLOR MORE SUCCESSFUL AGAINST BIG 12 NORTH
• Since the 2000-01 season, Baylor has had much more success against Big 12 North schools than those in the South. Baylor is 23-31 (.426) the last nine seasons vs. Northern schools in the regular season and just 19-72 (.209) against the South.
• Baylor is 14-22 (.389) in 36 regular season games against the Big 12 North in the Scott Drew era. In the seven previous Big 12 seasons prior to Drew's arrival, the Bears were 15-27 (.357) against Northern schools.
• Since Baylor's win at Colorado in 2008, the Bears have won 9 of their last 16 regular season games against the Big 12 North.

A BAYLOR WIN WOULD...
• Extend its Scott Drew era best win streak to 10 games -- the fifth-longest in school history.
• Extend its road win streak to six games -- the second-longest in school history.
• Improve Baylor's record to 14-1 for the first time in school history.

• Oklahoma State leads the all-time series 48-15, but the Bears won last season's meeting in Waco.

AFTER OKLAHOMA STATE
• After Saturday's home game against the Cowboys, Baylor will visit Allen Fieldhouse and No. 3 Kansas Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 8 p.m. CST on ESPN2. Ron Franklin (pxp) and Hubert Davis (analyst) will serve as the talent for the ESPN telecast.
• Baylor, which trails the all-time series to Kansas 14-2, has never won in Lawrence and snapped an eight-game losing streak to the Jayhawks in the 2009 Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship quarterfinals.

PROGRAM TURNAROUND
• Baylor's 45 wins in the last two seasons (21 in 2007-08, 24 in 2008-09) under head coach Scott Drew are more than the Bears' combined win total in his first four seasons (36). The 45 wins are the largest two-season win total in program history, surpassing Baylor's combined 41 wins in 1986-87 (18) and 1987-88 (23).
• Since posting a 21-53 record (.284) in Drew's first three seasons, Baylor is 73-43 (.629) in its last 116 games.

HE HAS MORE BLOCKS THAN YOU

JANUARY NOT AS KIND TO THE BEARS
• Baylor's December win streak remains intact after its 70-47 road win Dec. 30 at Arkansas. Baylor has won 19 consecutive games in the month of December, dating back to Dec. 2006.
• With an 85-74 win Jan. 2 at South Carolina, the Bears won their first January opener since, coincidentally, Jan. 2, 2007, vs. Centenary.
• In the Scott Drew era, Baylor is 18-31 (.367) and 11-6 (.647) in its last 17 January games.

TRIO IMPRESSIVE DURING BEARS' WIN STREAK
• Baylor's trio of Tweety Carter, LaceDarius Dunn and Ekpe Udoh have combined to average 45.9 points during the Bears' current nine-game win streak.
• Carter leads the Bears with 17.6 points and 6.8 assists over the nine-game stretch. Dunn ranks second in scoring (15.2) and third in assists (2.6).

• The trio is also shooting a combined 80.4 percent (82-of-102) from the free throw line in the last nine games.

A BOUNTY OF FREE THROWS
• Baylor is shooting 70.9 percent (124-of-175) from the free throw line during its current nine-game win streak.
• In Baylor's first five games, the Bears shot just 56.9 percent (66-of-116) from the free throw line.

BAYLOR IN MIDST OF MOST SUCCESSFUL STRETCH IN DREW ERA
• Baylor is 20-3 (.870) in its last 23 games, dating back to the end of the 2008-09 regular season.
• It is the second-best run in school history behind only the 21-2 start of the 1945-46 season under former head coach Bill Henderson.

BEARS BREAK INTO AP, COACHES TOP 25 POLLS FOR FIRST TIME THIS SEASON
• Armed with a nine-game win streak and a 91-60 thumping of Oklahoma (Jan. 9), Baylor(13-1) debuted at No. 22 and No. 24 in the latest Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Coaches Top 25 Polls, respectively, Monday.
• Baylor is ranked for the first time since Jan. 19, 2009, when the Bears were ranked No. 23 in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll.
• Baylor is ranked simultaneously in both polls for only the seventh week in program history. Last season, the Bears were ranked a school-record seven straight weeks in the AP Top 25 and a school-best six straight weeks in the Coaches Top 25. The Bears have now been ranked in 10 AP and seven Coaches polls under seventh-year head coach Scott Drew.
• Baylor, Miami (Fla.) and Clemson each made their debut in this week's AP Top 25 Poll, coming in at No. 22, No. 23 and No. 24, respectively. The Bears received 301 points in the AP Poll and ranked behind No. 21 Mississippi, which received 326 points this week.

UDOH GARNERS THIRD BIG 12 HONOR THIS SEASON
Ekpe Udoh earned his third weekly Big 12 honor this season Monday when the junior forward was named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Player of the Week for Jan. 4-10 in voting by a panel of media covering the conference. It is the second straight week Udoh has earned a weekly Big 12 honor.
• Udoh was named Co-Rookie of the Week Jan. 4 after averaging 10.0 points, 17.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 5.0 blocks in two road wins. Earlier this season, Udoh was named top rookie Nov. 30 following an Old Spice Classic All-Tournament team performance.
• Udoh posted his most dominating performance of the season, averaging 16.0 points, 12.5 rebounds and 8.5 blocks, in two double-digit Baylor home victories last week. In Baylor's 79-63 win Jan. 6 over Morgan State, Udoh recorded his first career triple-double - and the fifth in Baylor history - with 18 points, 17 rebounds and a career-high 10 blocks. He followed with 14 points, eight rebounds and a game-high seven blocks in Baylor's 91-60 win Jan. 9 over Oklahoma.
• He has five games of six blocks or more this season - the most in a single-season in school history - and 36 blocks in his last five games and 66 blocks in 14 games this season.
• During Baylor's current nine-game win streak, Udoh is averaging 13.1 points, 12.6 rebounds and 5.8 blocks.
