• Tuesday's game is the 4th all-time series meeting between Baylor and West Virginia.

Taurean Prince has combined for 94 points on only 64 field goal attempts in his last eight games. He has made his first two career starts in the last two games.
• Prince has already scored more points this season (156) than all of last season (88), and he's grabbed more rebounds (65) than all of last year (52).
• Rico Gathers has scored in double figures in six of his last 10 games after scoring in double figures just five times in his first 47 career games. He's averaging 9.6 points and 8.3 rebounds over the last 12 contests.
• Gathers leads the nation in offensive rebounding percentage (22.1), meaning he rebounds 22.1% of Baylor's missed field goal attempts when he's in the game.
Kenny Chery has posted a 2-to-1 or better assist-to-turnover ratio in 13 of the last 14 games.
• Chery has 38 assists and 11 turnovers in his last eight games, and he ranks 2nd in the Big 12 with a 2.6 assist-to-turnover ratio on the season.
• Cory Jefferson has scored in double figures in 22 of his last 26 games. He is expected to start his 57th consecutive game after making just one start in 55 games over his first two seasons playing at Baylor.
• Jefferson has 17 career double-doubles and needs one more to tie the 10th-most in Baylor history.
• Brady Heslip has made multiple 3-pointers in 15 of 17 games this season in which he's attempted at least three treys. He holds the program record with a .430 career 3FG% and ranks 4th with 235 career 3-pointers made.
• Heslip is also one of the nation's least turnover-prone players, averaging one turnover every 60.9 minutes played.
Isaiah Austin has scored in double figures in 11 of his last 13 starts, including a season-high 16 points at KU.
• Austin attempted only seven 3-pointers in this season's first 16 games, but he's 6-of-13 from 3-point range in his last three, including a 4-for-8 performance at Kansas -- his previous career best was two treys made in a game.
Royce O'Neale has multiple assists in 15 of 19 games and 21 assists and 8 turnovers over the last eight games.
Ish Wainright has 15 assists and 3 turnovers in 88 minutes played over his last seven games. Prior to that, he had 15 assists and 20 turnovers in 148 minutes played over his first 11 collegiate games.
• Gary Franklin has hit 39.4% of his 3-pointers over the last 46 games (56-of-142). He began his BU career shooting 30.4% from 3-point range in his first 37 games (25-of-82).
• Franklin has scored in double figures in 6 of the last 15 games after doing so just twice in 68 previous games at BU.

• Baylor is 10-0 when recording more assists than its opponent and 3-6 when posting equal/fewer assists.

• Sophomore forward Taurean Prince has already played 123 minutes in Big 12 play this season after playing only 42 minutes in conference games last year, including 10 DNPs.
• Over the last eight games, Prince has scored 94 points (11.8 ppg) on only 64 field goal attempts.
• Prior to earning his first career start at Kansas on Jan. 20, Prince had been Baylor's highest-scoring player off the bench in seven of the previous nine games after not doing so in any of this season's first eight contests.
• Over the last 10 games, Prince ranks 3rd on the team in scoring (10.4) despite ranking 8th in minutes (20.1).

• Sophomore power forward Rico Gathers has been labeled one of the nation's best frontcourt reserves.
• Gathers leads the nation in offensive rebound percentage (22.1%) and leads the Big 12 in offensive boards (3.5/gm).
• Gathers has scored in double figures in six of the last 10 games, surpassing his number of double-figure scoring games from his previous 46 collegiate games (six). He's also posted three double-doubles in his last 10 games, doubling his career total after posting three as a freshman last year.

• Baylor has used a nine-man rotation in each of its first 19 games, with all nine players averaging 12+ minutes.
• Over the last 10 games, eight Baylor players are averaging at least 20 minutes per game.
• BU's bench is averaging 30.4 ppg, which is 14.7 points better than opposing benches are averaging against the Bears (15.7). Those points are the difference behind BU's 8.5 average scoring margin.
• Brady Heslip (22.4 mpg) has come off the bench in every game, while Rico Gathers (17.9 mpg) has come off the bench in all but one game and Taurean Prince (17.6 mpg) came off the bench in each of the first 17 games.

Scott Drew ranks 2nd in Baylor history with 191 career wins as the Bears' head coach. Drew needs 10 wins to tie Bill Henderson (201 wins; 1941-43 and 1945-61) for the all-time wins record.
• Drew's .570 winning percentage is the best ever by a Baylor coach with four or more years at the helm.

Gary Franklin and Brady Heslip rank among Big 12 leaders in 3-point shooting, providing the punch behind Baylor's Big 12-best 38.9% 3-point shooting as a team.
• Heslip ranks 2nd in the league in 3-point FG percentage (.464) and 3rd in 3FGs made per game (2.7).
• Franklin ranks 7th in the Big 12 in 3-point FG percentage (.387) and 10th in 3-pointers made per game (1.5).
• Heslip's 43.0% career 3-point shooting is the best in program history (min. 200 attempts), and with 235 career treys, he ranks 4th on Baylor's all-time list. Next up is Aundre Branch in 3rd place at 267.
• Franklin has connected on 39.4% of his 3-point attempts over his last 46 games (56-of-142) -- he started his Baylor career shooting 30.4% from downtown through his first 37 games (25-of-82).

• Sophomore center Isaiah Austin leads the Big 12 in blocks per game (2.8), which is a significant improvement from his 1.7 blocks per game from a season ago, despite playing 4.2 fewer minutes per game.
• Austin sat out the entire offseason after shoulder surgery, which prevented him from doing upper body workouts.
• He's spent more time in the paint as a sophomore, attempting only 1.1 3-point attempts per game after shooting 90 treys in 35 games last year. He's also improved his free throw shooting from .634 to .721.

• Cory Jefferson has 17 career double-doubles, and he needs one more to tie Tony Rufus and Darryl Middleton (18) for 10th on Baylor's all-time list. He ranks 2nd in the Big 12 with six double-doubles this season.
• Jefferson ranks 4th in program history in career blocks (146), 5th in career blocks per game (1.30), 5th in career wins (82), 5th in career Big 12 wins (29) and 7th in career field goal percentage (.568).
• Jefferson has scored in double figures in 22 of his last 25 games dating back to the 2012-13 season.

• Cory Jefferson and Isaiah Austin are both in the top 10 in program history in blocks per game.
• Austin is 3rd with 2.04 blocks per game and Jefferson is 5th at 1.32 blocks per game.
• Jefferson's 146 blocks are 3rd-most in BU history and 31 behind Quincy Acy (177) in 2nd place, while Austin is 6th with 111 blocks, and needs 23 more to pass Ekpe Udoh (133) for 5th place.

• BU has been out-rebounded just three times in 19 games this season.
• The Bears have grabbed 40+ rebounds in 10 games, and with wins in eight of those 10, BU is now 72-19 in the Drew era when recording 40 or more rebounds in a game.
• Baylor out-rebounded Kentucky 41-25 -- UK entered the game having out-rebounded each of its first eight opponents by at least 5 boards.
• The Bears' frontcourt trio of Cory Jefferson (8.3), Rico Gathers (7.5) and Isaiah Austin (5.7) combine to average 21.6 rebounds per game, including 7.9 offensive rebounds per game.
• Gathers is one of the nation's most efficient rebounders, grabbing one rebound every 2.49 minutes for an average of 16.1 rebounds per 40 minutes. He leads the nation with a 22.1 offensive rebound percentage.

• Baylor is 54-52 in Big 12 games since 2007-08 and has tallied the five highest Big 12 win totals in program history during that span -- 12 in 2011-12, 11 in 2009-10, 9 in 2007-08, 9 in 2012-13 and 7 in 2010-11.
• In the first 11 seasons of the Big 12 Conference, Baylor amassed a 45-131 league record. Prior to Scott Drew's arrival in 2003, Baylor won only 33 Big 12 games in the conference's first seven seasons.

• Baylor has enjoyed unprecedented success over the last six-plus seasons under 11th-year head coach Scott Drew. Since the start of the 2007-08 season, Baylor is 157-75 (24 wins per season) and has made five postseason appearances (2008 NCAA, 2009 NIT, 2010 NCAA, 2012 NCAA, 2013 NIT) and posted five 20-win seasons.

• Baylor fell out of this week's AP Top 25, marking the first time all season the Bears haven't been ranked.
• The Bears were ranked for 12 consecutive weeks and reached as high as No. 7 in the poll on Jan. 6.
• Baylor has now been ranked in each of the last seven seasons - a total of 61 polls (including preseason).
• Prior to the 2007-08 campaign, Baylor had only been ranked for three weeks in the program's first 101 seasons (one week in 1948-49, two weeks in 1968-69).

• The Bears head back out on the road when they travel to Oklahoma State on Saturday for a 1 p.m. tipoff on ESPN. BU is seeking its first win in a true road game this season (0-3).
• Baylor went 1-2 against Oklahoma State last season, and both losses were decided by 2 points. Baylor defeated OSU 64-54 in Waco on ESPN Big Monday (Jan. 21), but the Bears lost 69-67 in OT in Stillwater on Feb. 6.
• Baylor trailed by 20 points at halftime against OSU in the Big 12 Championship (March 14). After a late rally the Bears had a shot to win at the buzzer, but Pierre Jackson's 3-pointer missed and the Bears fell 74-72.
