• The Bears have won the last two series meetings — one on a neutral floor and one at home — but have not won in Columbia since 1948.

• Baylor is averaging 95.7 points in its last three wins vs. Missouri — all three by margins of 10 or more points.

MISSOURI SCOUTING REPORT
• Missouri (17-4, 4-2) snapped its four-game winning streak following an 88-72 loss at Kansas State Wednesday night. Mizzou had scored 97 points in its previous victories before being held to 72 points — it’s lowest offensive output since Jan. 10 at Nebraska (a 56-51 loss).
• 13 of Missouri’s 17 wins have come at Mizzou Arena — the Tigers are perfect 13-0 at home.
• Dating back to last season, Mizzou has won 14 consecutive home games and 15 of its last 16.
• With 17 wins, Missouri has already surpassed last season’s win total (MU finished 16-16). Since finishing 22-11 in 2002-03, Missouri hasn’t won more than 18 games in a season (MU finished 18-12 in 2005-06)
• Mizzou, currently ranked 2nd overall in the Big 12 with 84.8 points, has just two players averaging double figures — DeMarre Carroll (16.4) and Leo Lyons (14.0). Carroll is the Tigers’ leading rebounder at 7.0 boards through 21 games.
• No Tiger is averaging more than 26.0 minutes; Carroll is logging the most minutes of any Mizzou player with 25.9 minutes. Zaire Taylor (24.4), J.T Tiller (22.5) and Lyons (21.5) are the only other Tigers seeing more than 20.0 minutes of play.

LAST TIME VS. MISSOURI - MARCH 1, 2008
• Baylor overcame a 13-point second-half deficit and had seven players in double figures in a 100-89 win over Missouri.
Henry Dugat scored 18 and Tweety Carter had 17 for Baylor. Kevin Rogers recorded a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. LaceDarius Dunn scored 16, while Curtis Jerrells had 14 and Mamadou Diene scored 10. With the victory, Baylor achieved just its fourth 20-win season in the program's 102-year history.
• Leo Lyons had 22 points and 15 rebounds for Missouri. Keon Lawrence scored 19 and Demarre Caroll scored 17.
• Baylor trailed 69-56 with 14:16 left in the second half before a 14-0 run-- including back-to-back 3-pointers by Dunn--put the Bears up 70-69 with 9:13 remaining.
• With the game tied at 77 with 6:34 left, Diene and Rogers scored consecutive baskets off offensive rebounds to put Baylor ahead for good.

LAST TIME OUT - (11) TEXAS 78, BAYLOR 72
• Baylor was unable to snap its losing streak to No. 11 Texas as the Longhorns defeated the Bears, 78-72, Tuesday in front of 9,000-plus fans at the Ferrell Center.
• After LaceDarius Dunn hit two free throws to get Baylor within a basket, Abrams dribbled inside the 3-pointer line with just under a minute to play and hit a jumper.
• The game was tied 13 times, but the 13th and final lead change came when Gary Johnson was credited with a basket when Kevin Rogers was called for goaltending with 4:20 left to make it 64-62. Dogus Balbay had a breakaway layup on the next possession after a Baylor miss.
• Following his last basket, Abrams fouled Tweety Carter on a 3-pointer shot. But Carter missed all three free throws.
Curtis Jerrells led Baylor with 14 points in his 100th career start. He is only the fourth 100-game starter in Bears history, starting every game.
• Rogers added 13 points and 12 rebounds. Dunn had 12 points, while Quincy Acy added 11.
• Damion James had 14 points despite shooting 6-for-20. James missed his first seven shots, but had 12 rebounds.

UP NEXT - KANSAS (FEB. 2)
• For only the second time in school history, the Ferrell Center will be the site of a Big 12 clash on ESPN’s Big Monday when the Baylor Bears host the defending national champion Kansas Jayhawks on Feb. 2. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. on ESPN.
• Ron Franklin (pxp) and Fran Fraschilla (color) will serve as the talent for the ESPN telecast with Holly Rowe as the sideline reporter.
• Baylor is 1-13 all-time vs. Kansas — the lone win coming at home on Big Monday (Feb. 12, 2001) in the form of a 85-77 triumph against the then-No. 6 Jayhawks.
• Baylor is 3-1 all-time on ESPN at home (1-0 this season) and 6-4 at home on the ESPN family of networks.
• Baylor is 5-3 on national television this season (ESPN, FSN).

TOUGH STRETCH AHEAD FOR THE BEARS

CONSECUTIVE GAMES WITH A 3-POINTER STREAK
• Baylor has made at least one 3-point field goal in 532 straight games — the 2nd longest active streak in the Big 12. Baylor has connected from 3-point range at least once in every game since going 0-for-8 in a home win vs. Texas Tech on Feb. 21, 1990.
LaceDarius Dunn currently owns a streak of 25 consecutive games with at least one 3-pointer made.
