Baylor hosts Sam Houston State at 6:05 CT on Saturday at Floyd Casey Stadium.

Third-year sophomore offensive lineman, listed at starter at right tackle following spring camp... Early enrollee in January 2010 went through third spring drills in 2012 (graduated early from Waco's Connally High School to enroll at BU)... Has squatted 615 pounds... Traveled to Kenya for mission trip with BU student-athletes in May 2011... Member of Dean's List in spring 2010 and five-time Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection.

2011 (Redshirt Freshman): Reserve tackle played in three games and dressed for all 13 games... Earned first collegiate letter... Made Baylor debut against Rice in third game... Also saw action in the fourth quarter against Iowa State in fifth game and Texas Tech in 11th game... Named to Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll in fall 2011 and spring 2012.
