Four-year letterwinner at linebacker, played 42 career games and starter in 14... Made 106 career tackles (66 solo, 5.5 for loss), seven breakups, two fumble recoveries and one interception... Member of senior class that played in three straight bowl games for first time in school history and won back-to-back bowl games for first time since 1985-86... Started 10 games as junior in 2011.

2012 (Senior): Played in nine of 13 games in injury-shortened senior season... Starter in three games at middle linebacker before suffering season-ending knee injury in ninth game of season... Totaled 14 tackles, one interception and one PBU in nine games played... Played as reserve linebacker in season's first six games before earning starting spot at MLB in seventh game at Iowa State... Made eight tackles (seven solo) at ISU, had one interception (14-yard return) and one breakup... Injured knee early in third start at Oklahoma in ninth game... Did not play final four games of season due to injury.

2011 (Junior): Played in all 13 games as junior, making 10 starts at linebacker... Totaled 68 tackles (41 solo), 2.5 for loss, five PBUs and two QB hurries... Served as reserve in first three games, starter in final 10 games... Made three total tackles against both Stephen F. Austin and Rice... Made first start of season in week four loss at No. 14 Kansas State, recording four tackles... Had four total stops and one QB hurry in week five win over Iowa State... Had then-career-high eight tackles and one PBU in week eight win over Missouri... Posted career-high 11 tackles (8 solo) and added one TFL in OT win at Kansas in week nine... Followed with six tackles in wins over No. 5 Oklahoma and Texas Tech... Concluded regular season with seven tackles (4 solo) and one PBU in home win against Texas... Made seven tackles in Alamo Bowl win over Washington, including six assisted stops and a half tackle-for-loss and one fumble recovery.

2010 (Sophomore): Played in all 13 games as sophomore, earning one start at linebacker... Regular reserve tallied 24 tackles (16 solo), three for loss, two sacks and two QB hurries... Made three tackles, including one for loss, in win at Colorado in seventh game... Had one sack (-3 yards) and one hurry in win over K-State in eighth game... Made career-high five tackles (four solo), including sack for negative four yards, in win at Texas... Earned first career start in 10th game at No. 19 Oklahoma State, finished with two tackles... Tied career-high with five tackles vs. No. 23 Texas A&M in 11th game.

2009 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in seven of 12 games as redshirt freshman in 2009, all on special teams, to earn first collegiate letter... Missed four games due to injury and one by coach's decision... Recorded no tackles on season... Missed third game due to illness and final three games with hamstring strain.

2008 (True Freshman): Sat out first season at Baylor and participated on practice squad, redshirted to retain eligibility... Earned the team's Defensive Bear Squad Award for his performance on the scout team.

High School:  Carthage High School, Carthage, Texas... 2007 District 20-3A defensive MVP as senior registered 132 tackles, three forced fumbles and one interception in final prep season... Credited with more than 100 tackles and five sacks as junior en route to first-team all-district honors... District Sophomore of Year... Also lettered in basketball and track... Coached by Scott Surratt at District 20-3A school.

Personal:  Son of Donna Brown and Rodney Chadwick Sr., Rodney Elton Chadwick Jr. was born Feb. 9, 1990, in Dallas, Texas... Expected to graduate in May 2013 with degree in general studies.
