Football Kicks Off Spring Drills

Tuesday's workout first of 15 spring practices.

Third-year sophomore cornerback... Missed 2012 spring rehabbing knee injury... Listed No. 2 at cornerback on post-spring depth chart... Broad jump measured at 10 feet, 3.5 inches.

2011 (Redshirt Freshman): Suffered a torn-ACL injury in fall drills and did not see any game action... In battle for starting position prior to injury.

2010 (True Freshman): Sat out first season at Baylor and participated on practice squad, redshirted to retain eligibility... Dressed for two games but did not see game action.

High School: Athletic defensive back/receiver in high school, also excelled at track and field... Finished prep career at MacArthur High School in Lawton, Okla., under head coach Brett Manning... Military brat attended various schools... Rated the No. 26 athlete in Oklahoma by Rivals.com and listed among state's top 50 recruits by Fab50recruiting.com... Participated in 2009 Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State game following senior season at MacArthur...
