Damiere Shaw joined the Baylor football staff in January 2017. He serves as an offensive quality control coach.
Shaw spent one student assistant coach for Temple under head coach Matt Rhule in 2016. Shaw previously served as a student assistant with the Owls for three seasons from 2013-15.
Shaw made the transition from player to coach following a head injury as a freshman. While a student assistant, he worked with the wide receivers alongside coaches Terry Smith, Adam DiMichele, and Frisman Jackson.
During the 2015 season, Shaw worked closely with former Temple and current New York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson as he posted the second-most receiving yards in program history.
The Chester, Pa., native earned a bachelor’s degree from Temple in 2016. He is engaged to Miah Shockley. The couple will wed in July 2017.
