2006: One of seven seniors on the Baylor defensive line, Quincy Jenkins will enter fall camp No. 2 on the Bears' depth chart at nose tackle behind senior M.T. Robinson ... A former walk-on who earned a scholarship after his freshman season, Jenkins played six-man football as a prep and has made seven career starts as a Baylor Bear.

2005: Credited with 13 tackles (six solo) in 11 appearances with one start as the Bears' No. 2 defensive tackle behind Michael Gary ... Had a career-high four tackles (two solo) at Missouri ... Started in place of Gary against No. 2 Texas, but did not record any statistics ... Lone stop at Oklahoma was for loss, then had one solo tackle and a quarterback hurry against No. 16 Texas Tech ... Three of his 13 tackles on the year came against Samford, as he matched his then-career-high for the third time ... Played 234 snaps to earn third letter.

2004: Appeared in eight games in his sophomore season and received second letter ... Tallied eight tackles, including six solos, on year ... Had a career-best three stops against both No. 2 Oklahoma and at UAB ... Saw action on 169 total snaps ... Named to the fall Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
