Fifth-year senior kick returner and cornerback... Veteran kick returner (27 career returns), played 35 career games entering 2013 season... Had surgery for foot injury during spring 2013... 2012 (Junior): Played all 13 games on special teams and as backup defensive back as junior... Regular on kick returns, played from scrimmage in seven of 13 games... Totaled 15 tackles (nine solo) and one 73-yard interception for TD defensively on season, also returned 11 kicks (second-most on team) for 254 yards (23.1 average) and one punt (-1 yard)... Made debut on defense in season-opening win over SMU, had no stats... Made two tackles and returned career-first interception 73 yards for touchdown in fourth quarter in win over Sam Houston State in second game... Made season-high six tackles at Texas in sixth game...
