Jeff Lebby is in his second season as an assistant director of operations for Baylor's football program who also serves as the NFL liaison.
Lebby joined the Baylor program in the spring of 2008 after coaching the offensive line/tight ends and teaching at Victoria Memorial (Texas) High School in the fall of 2007.
An offensive tackle as a prep for his father, Mike Lebby, at Andrews (Texas) High School, the younger Lebby was a three-time all-district selection for the Fighting Mustangs and earned all-state honors as a senior.
Lebby signed a National Letter of Intent with Oklahoma in 2002, however, a back injury forced him to end his playing career. He spent his final four years at OU as a student assistant coach.
