2005: Fifth-year senior Tyler Lindstrom is the Bears' No. 2 linebacker behind Jamaal Harper ... Saw action at outside safety as a junior and made four starts at that position, but returned to linebacker during spring drills ... A former walk-on, Lindstrom was rewarded with a scholarship prior to his junior year by the Baylor coaching staff.

2004: As a junior, he missed four weeks of practice and the season's first two games with a broken hand, but Lindstrom returned to start four of his eight appearances to receive his second letter ... Tallied 15 tackles on the year, 12 of which were solos, three tackles for losses totaling 13 yards, a quarterback sack, pass breakup and quarterback hurry ... Produced four multi-tackle efforts, one of which was a career-high five-stop (all solos) performance at No. 5 Texas in his second career start ... Made first career start against North Texas and responded with a career-high two tackles for loss, one of which was his first sack ... Also drew starts against No. 5 Texas, Missouri and Nebraska ...
