Associate Director for Player Personnel

Mike Wallace joined the Baylor football staff in January 2017. He serves as associate director of player personnel.

Wallace spent three seasons on the Temple football staff under head coach Matt Rhule, working as a student assistant coach from 2014-15 and as a graduate extern in 2016.

He spent the previous seven seasons as the assistant head coach under Hall of Fame coach Ron Cohen at George Washington High School in Philadelphia, PA. At GW, he coached numerous division one players including two HS All-Americans (DL Justin Moody & DL Sharrif Floyd). Floyd was the 23rd pick in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings.

Under the tutelage of Wallace, George Washington HS won four Public League titles during his seven year coaching span, including three straight from 2007-2009, and again in 2011.

A four-year letterman for George Washington High School, Wallace entered the coaching ranks directly from high school, joining the GW staff.

Wallace earned a bachelor's degree from Temple in 2016.
