Rob Dvoracek joined the Baylor football staff in January 2017. He serves as a defensive quality control coach.
Dvoracek worked as a student assistant coach at Temple University in 2016 under head coach Matt Rhule. It was his third season on the staff and fifth with the football program. Dvoracek was a two-year letterwinner for the Owls in 2012-13 before suffering a career-ending injury and transitioning into coach.
The Allentown, Pa., native attended Parkland High where he was a standout at both fullback and linebacker. He was a two-time conference All-Academic honoree before earning his bachelor’s degree in adult and organizational development from Temple in 2016. He completed a master’s degree in educational leadership at Temple in 2017.
