2015 (Junior): Starting QB through first seven games before suffering season-ending injury... Named honorable mention All-Big 12 by league coaches and semi-finalist for Davey O'Brien Award... Had led Baylor to No. 2 national rank on cusp of seventh-straight win when suffered neck injury... Ranked 15th nationally and fourth in Big 12 with 29 passing TDs in just seven games... Broke single-season school record with 10.06 total offense yards per play... Totaled 2,104 yards, 29 TDs and six picks on 119-200 passing and 402 yards and six TDs on 49 rushes on season... Played entire second half in season-opening win over SMU, threw for 124 yards and TD (13-of-23, interception) and ran for season-high 46 yards... Made first career start (in place of injured starter Bryce Petty) in second game vs. Northwestern State, led BU to win and tied school record with six TDs accounted for... 2013 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in seven of 13 games as backup QB... Earned first career letter... Threw for 427 yards and three TDs on 26-of-43 passing (60.5 percent) with three interceptions on season... Also ran for 147 yards and three touchdowns on 24 carries... 37 of 43 season attempts came in first six games of season... 381 of 427 season passing yards thrown in first four games... Played extensively in five of season's first six games... Made collegiate debut in season-opening win over Wofford, threw first career TD (season-long 70-yarder to Corey Coleman in third quarter) and ran for first career TD (13-yard rush in third quarter)...
