Baylor hosts Sam Houston State at 6:05 CT on Saturday at Floyd Casey Stadium.

Veteran All-Big 12 offensive lineman, fourth-year junior... Starter at right tackle as sophomore on 2012 Holiday Bowl championship team, injured knee during 2013 spring drills... Earned 2012 honorable mention All-Big 12 from league coaches and first-team Academic All-Big 12 honors... Has started 13 straight games entering 2013, 16 career games played... Local product from nearby Connally High School in Waco... Has squatted 615 pounds... Traveled to Kenya for mission trip with BU student-athletes in May 2011...
