MISCELLANEOU­S NOTES
• Tonight's matchup was the 102nd meeting in the series that dates back to 1901. Baylor now has a 24-75-4 all-time record against Texas, including a 9-44-2 record in games played in Austin.
Bryce Hager, Lanear Sampson and Aaron Jones served as captains vs. Texas.

• RB Lache Seastrunk made his first career start and rushed 7 times for a career-high 56 yards.
• Freshman DE Jamal Palmer and redshirt freshmen CB B.J. Allen and WR Jay Lee all played their first career games.
• RB Glasco Martin had a 2-yard rushing TD in the 1st quarter for his 9th career rushing TD (6th of season).
• Martin rushed 15 times for a career-best 85 yards.
