WACO, Texas - Baylor football's Homecoming game vs. Iowa State on Oct. 19 will be played at 6 p.m. CT and will be televised live nationally on ESPNU, the Big 12 Conference announced Monday.

BU is off to a 4-0 start to the season for the first time since 1991 and is ranked No. 15 in both the AP Top 25 and the USA Today Coaches Poll.

Before Homecoming, the Bears have their first road game of the year on Saturday at 2:30 p.m., as they travel to Manhattan, Kan., to face Kansas State. That game will be broadcast on FOX.

This will be Baylor's first-ever game on ESPNU and its first this season on the ESPN family of networks, after playing its first five on FOX channels.

Baylor currently leads the country in scoring (70.5 ppg.), total offense (779.3 ypg.) and passing (432.3 ypg.), while defensively the Bears are first in tackles for loss (10.3 per game) and 17th in total defense (321.3 ypg.).

Iowa State is 1-3 on the season and 0-1 in Big 12 play. The Cyclones will travel to face Texas Tech on Saturday at 11 a.m., before coming to Waco next week.

Baylor lost to ISU last season, 35-21 in Ames, Iowa. Against Iowa State, Baylor trails the all-time series 6-5, but has a 3-2 advantage in games played in Waco

The Bears have won their last three Homecoming games and hold a 39-39-4 all-time mark in the game. The Cyclones have been BU's Homecoming opponent two times before with each school winning one of those games.

Baylor's Homecoming Parade is the largest in the nation, and Baylor is among the first five schools nationally ever to celebrate homecoming. The Bears held their first homecoming in 1909 and it became an annual event in 1930 when the name was changed from "Good Will Week" to Homecoming.
