WACO, Texas -- With the combination for a Floyd Casey Stadium potential record-crowd of more than 51,000 for Saturday's nationally televised (FOX) showdown between No. 9 Baylor and No. 25 Texas at 2:35 p.m. and the projected winter weather to reach Central Texas over the next 48 hours, Baylor Athletics encourages all fans planning to attend the game to allow plenty of time to get to the stadium, park and make their way into the stands safely by arriving early. All tickets for the game, including those reserved for Baylor students, have been sold, which should ensure the seventh crowd of at least 50,000 fans in stadium history, and second of the 2013 season.

Fans are also reminded that while the UT game marks Baylor's final game at Floyd Casey Stadium before moving into the new $260 million Baylor Stadium next fall, Baylor expects to host high school play-off games in the venue on Dec. 13-14, and for that reason, no one attending the game should attempt to remove anything from The Case.

All fans who plan to utilize lots H, J, K and L to the North of the stadium, should use either Clay or Franklin Avenues to reach those parking lots. Fans who travel to Waco via I-35 from either the North or South and who park in lots on the North side of the stadium should take the 17th/18th Street Exit and travel via 17th Street to Clay Street to enter the parking areas.

Fans who hold credentialed parking passes for Floyd Casey's Gold, Brown, Sky Box, Stadium Tailgating, Creekside Tailgating and Handicap lots, should plan to enter at the main entrance off Valley Mills Drive or off Dutton across from HEB. I-35 travelers who hold credentialed parking passes should use the Valley Mills Drive exit and continue to the stadium's main entrance for admission into their designated parking area. Fans holding these type of parking passes should plan to exit the stadium following the game out the Valley Mills Drive exit only.

Those fans who have purchased public parking passes from Baylor Athletics should also note that the passes are good for parking at the general parking lots on Clay Avenue between 29th Street and Valley Mills Drive. There is no public parking available in lots F and G, and only limited space available in the E lot.

For those football fans who desire to avoid parking at Floyd Casey Stadium and take advantage of local restaurants, Baylor Athletics and Waco Transit are again co-sponsoring the Gold Rush Tailgate Shuttle, which will run continually starting three hours prior to kickoff from downtown Waco (3rd & Franklin, across from Ninfas) with a scheduled stop at Vitek's before dropping fans near Touchdown Alley at Floyd Casey Stadium. This free service will return fans continually to their cars, too, leaving from the same point fans were dropped off prior to the game.

Baylor fans are again encouraged to join the Baylor Alumni Network Tailgate 2.5 hours prior to each home football game (Noon for the UT game) for the popular March of the Bears, which allows fans to greet Briles' 2013 Bears as they arrive at Floyd Casey Stadium. The team will arrive at the Baylor Alumni Network Tailgate near Touchdown Alley on the Dutton Street side of the stadium, march through the tailgating area on their way into the stadium for pre-game warm-ups.

With the exception of Baylor student seats in the East Stadium and all seats within the South End Zone area, which are general admission, fans attending the Texas game are also reminded that all other seats are reserved and patrons must sit in the seat indicated on their ticket.

In addition:

• Touchdown Alley will open three (3) hours prior to kickoff. The Baylor Alumni Network Tailgate Show, hosted by John Morris and Derek Smith, hits the air two (2) hours prior to kick from the Baylor Alumni Network Tailgate.
• All stadium gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff.
• All children 2 and older must have a ticket for the game to be admitted to the stadium.
• All bags are subject to search upon entering the stadium and that the following items are prohibited at all Baylor sporting events:

- Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)
- Outside food and beverages, cans, bottles, coolers
- Laser pointers, artificial noisemakers, strobe lights
- Professional cameras (large lenses)
- Umbrellas (purse-sized umbrellas are allowed)
- Radios or other audio devices without headsets
- Large bags or parcels including backpacks and large purses
