Competed at the 83rd U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship in Aurora, Colo. • Advanced to Round of 32 where he fell to Oklahoma State's Rickie Fowler 4 and 3 • Finished tied for 16th with a 4-over 280 at the 47th Northeast Amateur Invitational in Rumford, R.I. • Advanced to the Round of 16 at the 106th Connecticut Amateur Championship • Finished tied for 4th at the 79th New England Amateur Championship with a 2-over 139.

2007-08 • FRESHMAN
Competed in all 12 tournaments, playing in 37 rounds • Ranked third on the team with a 74.76 stroke average • Posted a team-low 72.53 stroke average during the fall • Shot a 4-over 220 to finish tied for 12th in his first collegiate tournament at the St. Mary's College Invitational • Shot 11-over the following week at the William H.
