Men's Golf Earns GCAA All-Academic Team Recognition

Complete GCAA All-Academic Team Release

NORMAN, Okla. - The Baylor men's golf team was one of 45 NCAA Division I programs nationally to earn All-Academic Team recognition (3.0 GPA or better) by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). A total of 82 teams submitted GPAs of 3.00 or higher to earn All-Academic Team honors.

East Tennessee State (Division I), St. Mary's of Texas (Division II), Gustavus Adolphus (Division III), Savannah College of Art and Design (NAIA), McLennan CC (NJCAA Division I) and Tyler JC (NJCAA Division II) were named Academic National Championships for their respective divisions. ETSU posted the highest recorded team GPA with a 3.78.

To be eligible for GCAA All-Academic Team honors, a college or university must submit the grade points earned and hours attempted for each player on its official squad list for the academic year.
