PRINCEVILLE, Hawai'i - The Baylor men's golf team travels to Princeville, Hawai'i, to compete in the inaugural Warrior-Wave Intercollegiate, which runs Monday through Wednesday at the Makai Golf Club at St. Regis Princeville Resort.
The three-day, 54-hole event is hosted by the University of Hawai'i and Pepperdine University and begins Monday at the par-72, 7,204-yard course. Tee times for Monday and Tuesday begin at 11:30 a.m. CT, while Wednesday's final round is slated to tee off at noon.
The inaugural tournament features 15 teams. Joining the Bears will be tournament hosts Hawai'i and Pepperdine, Cal State Fullerton, East Tennessee State, Fresno State, Georgia Southern, Indiana, North Carolina State, San Diego State, UAB, UC Irvine, San Diego, UC Santa Barbara and Xavier. The Baylor men are coming off of a ninth-place finish at the Royal Oaks Intercollegiate. Mansson shot a career-low 65 in the final round to earn Baylor's best individual finish in 11th place.
