SOUTH BEND, Ind. -
The Baylor men's tennis team took seven of nine doubles matches Friday in the first day at the Tom Fallon Invitational on the campus of Notre Dame.
Each of the nine doubles matches were played with a different combination of Bears as head coach Matt Knoll experiments looking for the best pairs early in the fall.
In singles, the Bears did not fare as well, Baylor won only one of six singles positions. Freshman Reiner Neurohr won his first collegiate match as he defeated Greg Novak at the No. 4 spot in three sets.
Baylor continues at the tournament on Saturday, playing host Notre Dame at 10 a.m.
